Every set is painted by hand by Candice in Frederickson, Washington. Guided by color harmony, clean structure, and balance—each piece is crafted for lasting comfort, elegance, and individuality. Never mass-produced. Always intentional.

Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks after your design is finalized. You’ll receive a tracking email when it ships.

Yes. Share photos or a mood board and I’ll interpret the look for your palette, shape, and length.

Absolutely. A sizing kit is available on request or included with your first order if needed.

With proper prep, sets can be reworn multiple times. Care and removal tips are included with every order.

Before You Order — Care, Sizing & Design Guide

Care & Longevity

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water or harsh cleaners.
  • Wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning to keep your finish flawless.
  • Never use your nails as tools — avoid prying, scraping, or opening cans.
  • Remove using oil, never force. Reapply with fresh tabs or glue for 3–4 wears.
  • Treat your custom pieces like a salon set—durable, personal, and collectible.

Sizing & Fit

  • Use a sizing kit or digital guide before ordering for accuracy.
  • Check both thumbs — they’re rarely identical.
  • If unsure, size slightly up; it’s easier to file than to stretch.
  • Orders cannot be adjusted or refunded for incorrect sizing once a set is created.

Design & Communication

  • Upload clear photos and note the details that matter most.
  • Candice interprets every idea artistically, ensuring balance and harmony.
  • Each piece is one-of-a-kind, hand-painted—small variations reflect true craftsmanship.

General Policies
  1. This is my home, so please be respectful. You must be okay with dogs. 🐶
  2. No children, friends, significant others, pets or extra individuals at your appointment. No exceptions.
  3. Accepted forms of payment: Venmo, Ca$hApp, Zelle or Cash.
  4. First time clients must pay a $20 deposit to book. If your deposit is not received within 24 hours your requested appointment will be cancelled.
    • No deposit = No appointment.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit goes towards the total of your service.
    • In the incredibly rare case I cancel your appointment, you will be refunded.
    • If you are consistently rescheduling last minute you will be put back on deposits for every appointment.
  5. I’m open Tuesday to Saturday. Earliest appointment – 9am. Latest appointment – 5pm.
    • During the holidays or special occasions these days and hours may vary.
    • Saturdays are RARELY available and are only offered to reliable clients.
  6. No ordering DoorDash / UberEats during appointments. I provide water & snacks for you at your appointment. However, there are several times where you can’t get your hands dirty, so please make sure to ask if/when it’s a good time to snack. Otherwise, you risk the integrity of the nail enhancements you’re paying for.
  7. Texts, emails & DMs are answered during business hours. Sometimes that is between clients so please be patient with me. I do my best to answer in the order they are received, but it may take me a few days to get back to you.
Cancellation Policies
  1. Communication is key. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify me ASAP or at least 48 hours in advance. Anything less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of their base price before being able to book again.
  2. Confirmation requests are sent out 48 hours before your appointment & a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.
    • No confirmation by 8am the day of will result in your appointment being cancelled & the total of your service will be owed to reschedule.
    • Please DO NOT rely on my app to tell you when your appointment is. Rare glitches can occur; it is your responsibility to know when your appointment is. Reach out if you’re not sure.
  3. If you are feeling sick or unwell within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me so we can reschedule. If you show up sick, you’ll be sent home & required to settle 100% of your base service before scheduling any future appointment.
  4. Early Arrivals: Please refrain from arriving more than 10 minutes early.
  5. Late Arrivals: 10-minute grace period; with communication, up to 15 minutes including a $5 late fee. Beyond that may be a No-Show.
    • Using your 10–15 minutes to be late takes away your smoking time before your appointment.
    • More than 10 minutes late may limit your service or result in cancellation with a 100% base service charge.
    • No-shows must settle 100% of base service to schedule again.
    • Exceeding 10 minutes with no notice is a No Call/No Show and will be blocked from booking.
420 Policies
  1. This is a 21+ ONLY privilege. NO EXCEPTIONS. IDs will be checked.
  2. Tobacco-free zone. Spliffs are a no go. Exception: E-vapes.
  3. I set aside 10–15 minutes prior & after your appointment if you’d like to smoke.
    • All vapes are allowed throughout the appointment.
  4. I provide a bong, dab rig, torch, lighter, some q-tips & an ash tray. All glass is cleaned between clients.
  5. I do not provide cannabis of any kind for your service.
  6. Please know your limits & do not overconsume.
  7. Please be careful with my glass items—I care about them and prefer they don’t become damaged or broken. 💖🙏🏼
